Club members may bring guests provided they adhere to the limits outlined in the bylaws and register guests with the front desk. All guest fees must be paid at the front desk at the time of guest admittance. The name and emergency contact number for each non-adult guest will be required.
If you do not pay for guests with cash or a check and time of entry, you will be invoiced.
Full-Day Guest Pass:
$5.00 per person / $15.00 per family
Nighttime Pass (After 6 PM):
$2.50 per person / $7.50 per family
House guest Weekly Pass:
$15.00 per person / $25.00 per family
(2 week maximum)
If you would like to host an event at Woodside for a larger group, we offer members the opportunity to reserve the upper deck. On the day of your event, available tables and chairs could be set up and reserved in your name.
To make a party or upper deck reservation, you must email: firstname.lastname@example.org Please note parties of 25+ guests require Board approval. The manager will handle the approval with the Board.
The lower patio and picnic area remain on a first come, first served basis giving all members equal opportunity to use and enjoy.
Party guest fees are similar to daily guest fees ($5 per person) and are payable at the front desk.
The hosting member is responsible for the conduct of all guests as well as payment of all charges on or before the day of the party.
